[mobile-devel] Anti-Nicene Early Church Fathers

I regularly use many of the "unavailable" modules, which I have manually
installed.  I have passed along instructions to a number of people about how
to do so.  The earlyfathers module works fine in principal, but is not
useful due to the fairly crude navigation methods when using a 116MB module.
