[mobile-devel] And-Bible search indexes

Hi Matthew,

To allow for auto-uninstall of application generated files indexes are
generated to the appropriate module sub-dir of
[/mnt]/sdcard/Android/data/net.bible.android.activity/files/lucene/Sword
e.g. ESV indexes are in ../lucene/Sword/ESV.  And Bible does not seem to
find them if they are in sdcard/jsword/lucene/Sword which may be a bug I
have created.

It may sound odd but it seems that Sword generated indexes currently work
more reliably than JSword generated indexes in and-bible, which is probably
due to changes I made optimising index creation, so you can generate them
using a Sword based application like Xiphos and manually install them.

I am currently working on download of pre-created indexes for the next
release of And Bible.
