To get indexing to work on a mobile I cut out anything I deemed superfluous.

"standard" sword indexes (such as those created by mkfastmod or
Xiphos) *do* include strong's references in the "lemma" field. You can
search for them in Xiphos by typing in:
lemma:g1223
