[mobile-devel] SwordReader speed improvements

Guys,
Troy and I (mostly Troy) tracked down some of the slowness of the sword 
engine on the windows mobile device. I have built a new binary for you 
guys to test out. Nothing else is new just noticeably faster now. Thanks 
Troy!
Grab it (no CAB I have not time just the dll and exe, you need to copy 
them yourself. ;-) Footnotes and Crossrefs are broken for now, I will 
try to fix them by tomorrow.
