Well, I haven't looked at it recently, but there were a lot of
module in beta that were known to be bad. And the wiki page on the
beta modules reflected this. And there were a lot of av11n modules.<br>

There was talk of moving experimental modules to an experimental
repository and av11n modules to an av11n repository.<br>
<br>
If this were to happen then beta is fine to add.<br>

Yes. Last time I tried I found that the assumptions that
JSword made about names being in all lower case, which is
true in the CrossWire repositories, is not true in the
Xiphos repository. I never brought it up to Karl because it
was not a pressing issue.<br>

Either Xiphos repository needs to change or JSword needs to
accommodate.<br>

When I added beta to JSword the modules there were pretty
good. Now many of them are experimental. If I had to do it
over again, I wouldn't have added it.<br>
