[jsword-devel] -ff marker

I think it shouldn't be past the chapter end. I have no problem w adding a different marker, maybe FF or ffb. Or having a preference setting.  

Ps 1:3-ff shouldn't get a whole book.

In print it typically means the next few verses that finish the thought. I've never seen it mean the rest of the book.

In bible desktop a user can expand a reference. Maybe such should be added to STEP?
