[jsword-devel] Greek Lexikons with keys like Gnnnn instead of nnnnn

Any advice or suggestions on how to handle lexikons like AbbottSmith,
Dobson, MLStrong which seem to have keys of the format Gnnnn e.g. G0005
rather than the standard Strongs keys in KJV, StrongsGreek and
StrongsRealGreek which have keys of the form nnnnn e.g. 02532.

So the 2 formats are different Gnnnn/nnnnn.  This is causing problems as
users try to jump between dictionaries or expect to be able to lookup a KJV
Strongs key in MLStrong.

I am no expert in this area so maybe I have missed something or just got it
wrong.
