[jsword-devel] Range searches

Simplification.

We split the query into two parts. One for the range and one for the query that is passed to Lucene.

On return we take the range and intersect it with the results of the lucene search.

I don't see a problem with it being last, but it will be a problem if it is included within the syntax of the lucene search.
