[jsword-devel] JSword download from avraw(zip)

Troy put in all the repositories into the zip building mechanism.

The way it works is that if a zip is requested via the modules download page, the zip is created at that point.

The way the code is supposed to work is that if the zip is not there it falls back to an FTP mechanism.

I've got the ftp mechanism mocked up, but not ready to use.

There is no fall back mechanism from one protocol to the other.
