[jsword-devel] Search and introductions

Hi all

I've just noticed that text searches search the introductions. That's
usually undesirable in that you end up getting passages like 2Sa 0 for the
word "Jesus".

Are we happy to remove it from the text content field? Perhaps have an
introduction field? Not sure how easy the change is, but we can check for
verse 0 and if it is so, then skip it...
