[jsword-devel] Next chapter / previous chapter and blurring?

Hi all

Is there a simple way, given a range (that may span multiple chapters), to
extend that range to include the rest of the chapter (if applicable) and
the next chapter, etc.

I.e. i'd like to have a previous chapter / next chapter button on my UI to
enable users to quickly skip through a Book.
