So it seems that the way forward is to have all 3 locale properties files _nb, _nn, _no where the properties files for _no are identical to _nb.

The BibleNames_* properties files were attached to this issue earlier but I did not realise that recent changes refactored SectionNames to UserMsg so I will attach UserMsg properties which were kindly provided by Lars.
