[jsword-devel] Merge common into jsword

I've just merged common into jsword. The class names are the same. I've a little bit of cleanup to do, but for the most part it is ready. For those that listen on jsword-svn, I cancelled the post as it was way, way too big. Essentially, it listed the full content of every class in common twice, once for the delete and once for the add. Which is a shame, because it really was a move with the retention of "svn info".
