No, that won't be needed.  The profile for common-aqua is automatically activated by your OS, and not Linux, Windows, or any other.  See trunk/pom.xml and bibledesktop/pom.xml for examples.  Search for "Mac".  The only time you might need the ui.jar, is if you wanted people without a mac to be able to build an official version of bibledesktop to do releases.  But, I'm wagering you do the releases, so it's probably not an issue.
