The nightly build is now running.

Besides needing to fix permission problems, the Java VM was dying in  
native code while executing java2html. So I've turned off the use of  
java2html until later.

I also had to turn off the nightly build of the Windows installer as  
nsis needs to be recompiled for the new OS on the CrossWire server.

Let me know if you encounter any problems.

BTW, I have checked in some changes for Tonny, Brian and others. These  
are in the nightly build.
