If you have problem with Netbeans/Eclipse/etc due it is heavy, look
and feel, or some other reason. I hear good things about pico
container, it is lightweight and easy to use. The only drawback, pico
container is only do plugins stuff. You still need to create or use
other library for windowing/docking, etc
