Thanks for the info regarding Creative Commons Public Domain.

Unfortunately I visit the web site
http://creativecommons.org/license/publicdomain-2, fill the form press
process/submit then it throws "System Error...". I did it few times
yesterday and today do it again, but still "System Error..." Very
weird.
