[jsword-devel] Patch - No bible text is displayed after invoke BD-117

The fix works for both invoke and "New Bible View".  Please review the
change to determine if it fits correctly into the architecture.

File: bibledesktop/book/BibleViewPane.java
Comment: At the end of the ctor, added a call to display the text selected
in the quick picker.

File: bibledesktop/book/DisplaySelectPane.java
Comment: Changed quickSet to a member.  Added the function
doInitialTextDisplay() so others can display the text currently selected in
the quick picker.  This allows view creation to automatically display the
text instead of showing a blank.
