It was noted recently that getGlobalKeyList when called on a Bible or  
commentary would return every verse from the beginning of Genesis to  
the end of Revelation, even if the coverage of that book was less.

This is now fixed.

In doing this I added to book the following:
boolean contains(Key)

I also added BibleScope to o.c.jsword.bridge. This will let you know  
what verses are in or not in the Bible. WIth a minor change it will  
work on Commentaries as well.

This will be part of tonight's build.
