[jsword-devel] persistent naming

What does "Persistent Naming" do? This is in the "Desktop Options >
Passages" menu, and the English "Should your input of names ." doesn't
clear it up for me.

Also, aside from adding bytes, is there anything wrong with leaving the 
English text commented out on the following line like this?

Passages.name=Phân Đoạn
#Passages

It would help in editing.
