[jsword-devel] Submitting Patches for splash_zh_CN.png

In general, it is not superfluous. If one is not in zh_TW or zh_CN but  
in another zh locale there would be no zh default.
But with regard to the image, you are right. The image is specified  
via another properties file so the actual name is unimportant.
