[jsword-devel] Bug Fix

JSword was indexing the notes along side of the verse text.
This was producing unexpected hits. I fixed this problem.
At this time titles are being indexed. Should these? They are 
extra-biblical material.

With this fix, we are near a 1.0 release.
All known bugs and 1.0 requests for common and jsword are satisfied.
There are a handful left for BibleDesktop.

BD-55 Show the count of verses returned from a search
BD-49 ViewSourcePane is way too slow
