The label is done, I do a build, and update the website, and try it
out and get this:

It's one of those "oh no I don't believe it" moments.

After some digging I think that I've corrupted the jars so I think I
know what the fix is. I'm working on it, and muttering under my
breath.

Gregor Samsa was the character in "Metaporphosis" by Franz Kafka who
changes into a fly. The Xalan people thought it would be funny to call
a class GregorSamsa. It probably is funny sometimes.
