osisCore.1.1.1.xsd isn't posted anywhere official ATM.  I put it up at 
http://www.crosswire.org/~chrislit/osis/osisCore.1.1.1.xsd for you to 
download and base work on.

This is the most recent version and what people are making documents based 
on.  It's the final 1.1.1 from Patrick Durusau on the osis-core list.

Troy, could you post it on the WG site until someone attends to my message 
on the osis-core list.  I also updated 
http://www.crosswire.org/~chrislit/osis/bible.xml with correct ids for all 
books in anyone's Bible according to the SBL Handbook of Style, which we 
adopted for OSIS, so that could be posted as well in a more public place.
