You know, I'm sure a simple web page that lists Ichthux project
members, their timezones, and the current time in their timezone
wouldn't be so hard.  Might make planning events like this easier in
the future.  (Bonus points: add a field to allow entry of an arbitrary
time & a "calculate" button that updates the page with the calculated
time alongside the current time.)

it is *universal* time, and therefore one that everyone should
instantly recognize and be able to calculate localtime from).
