[bt-devel] Proposed change for BibleTime

Daniel,

The debug file does not normally have much in it unless specific errors 
are hit, so being empty is not a total surprise. I did successfully use 
it to diagnose your previous problem on my computers. I have installed 
the xx2 version on 2 windows computers that are not my development 
computer. It ran fine on these.

At this time I am not sure what to do next.
