I've reported the bug as:

I've checked the Google Play site and get the same result as you get.  
When I looked at Google Play on my phone while the earlier version ov 
BibleTime Mini was still installed, it told me I had the latest version 
...  I'm not sure what to think!  Now, because I installed BibleTime 
manually, Google Play tells me I can have v1.0.3 ....
