You can download and install Qt5 from the standard Qt download page
http://qt-project.org/downloads. BibleTime compiles fine against it, I've
had it compiling several times (perhaps with a few patches, not certain).
However, it bombs out immediately upon launch complaining about something
related to the command line args while trying to instantiate the
QApplication in main.cpp.
