[bt-devel] New Find Docking Window

BibleTime has a "Find" context menu in the works windows that searches 
the text a window. This opens a small modal Find dialog. I have replaced 
this with a Find docking window.

  It has the following advantages:

1. Not modal, so you can do other things while it is open.

2. All occurrences of the searched term are highlighted and one is 
selected. Next and Previous move the selected text. This happens in the 
currently active works window.

3. The highlighted and selected text is updated for each character typed 
into the Find window, making it easy to find a word.

4. As the width of the Find window changes, it will change from a narrow 
4 line window to a 3 line, a 2 line, and a 1 line window. This allows it 
to be docked on the side or at the bottom or top.
