Tim,

I  commited your change along with a second change. With only your 
change the dialog was forced to be quite wide because of the long titles 
of various works.

I set the combo boxes to adjust size to show at least the minimum length 
entry. However, when the dialog is resized to be wider the combos get 
wider. The dialog box remembers that size the next time it is opened.
