How exactly did you install the bibletime 2.9.1-1 packages?

Did you install the bibletime-data 2.9.1-1 package as well as the
bibletime-2.9.1-1 package?

Looks like the .css files are all there to me, in the packages my
Precise pbuilder created.  The ones in the PPA should be the same.

What does

  dpkg-query -W bibletime\*

output on your system?
