Martin,

The pointers we need to eliminate boost are in Qt 4.5. By requiring 4.5 
instead of 4.6, we still have compatibility with Intrepid and Karmic 
(not Hardy). I don't have a strong position for either requiring 4.5 or 
4.6. I just want you to know that there is another option.
