[bt-devel] BibleTime for MacOS

Hi Martin,

This seems to work better.

It probably should pick up the default Mac SWORD path:
~/Library/Application Support/Sword
rather than using
~/.sword
This will ensure that people using MacSword can open bibletime the first
time and see all their books.

There is a little UI weirdness I see; things like when you open the search
window, and start typing, focus goes back to the main window. Also, the
search window is a stay on top window, so even in other applications it is
on top. There are a few other things like that as well.
