Is it wise to start translating yet? I would rather wait for the text to
settle down first. We should review every page together before accepting
it as final. That can be done only after the overall design is complete.
There's no reason to hurry too much. Rushing things leads to extra and
duplicate work, in case of translators translating the same page twice
or more.
