[bt-devel] BibleTime 2.3.rc1 released

Hi all,

2.3.rc1 is released. It can be downloaded from 
https://sourceforge.net/projects/bibletime/files (should appear soon).

Changes since 2.2:
- Several important bugfixes.
- New feature "Change Location". By clicking "Ctrl+L" you can enter a new 
location to jump to for the current window, without  having to use the mouse.
- Improved support for alternative versification systems.
- Code for the bookshelf was rewritten to be more flexible and extensible in 
future, including a GREAT new filter box.

Please TEST, TEST, TEST!
Especially the bookshelf needs heavy testing.

@Developers: from now on only bugfixes, no i18n string changes please.
Final release is planned for next week.
