[bt-devel] BibleTime 2.3.beta1 released

Well, apparently, it can only be downloaded if you type in the URL
http://downloads.sf.net/bibletime/bibletime-2.3.beta1.tar.gz directly ?
 Going to the file listing page at
https://sourceforge.net/projects/bibletime/files does not show me the
2.3.beta1 file at all.

I've now got the tarball, but... something seems odd about it being
missing from the files page!
