Summary: Option to marginalize cross refs

Initial Comment:
In the ESV, the inlined cross references impacts readability.  This sounds complicated to me, but is it possible to create a margin within the text window (right or left side) that contains the cross references for the adjoining verses?  It would be great if they remained hyperlinks as well.  Is this even possible with the rendering engine?

BTW, does the NET contain any inline cross-references?
