[bt-devel] Updated Windows Build

I have uploaded a new BibleTime Windows build. It is located at:

http://sourcearchives.com/downloads/bibletime-2.4.0-win32.exe

I had you set the SWORD_PATH environment variable for earlier releases. 
It is not necessary now and I would suggest unsetting it.

It has one serious problem but I thought it would be useful for testing 
other changes made in the last week.

The problem is a crash at the end of installing a module. It is only 
happening in the release build and not the debug. If you restart after 
the crash the module is there.

I plan to look at this further tomorrow.
