[bt-devel] BT doesn't start on WinXP

Will that put things in %APPDATA%\.sword or in %APPDATA%\Sword?  While
the filesystem has no problem with the .sword version, Windows
explorer takes a dim view of working with file and directory names
like that.  It will complain to the user that they have failed to set
a file name.
