[bt-devel] New tracker for thirdparty bugs

Hi all,

I reused an existing but obsolete tracker ("BibleTime beta testing results") 
to be a new tracker for thirdparty bugs that we cannot yet close.

We can use this to move all Qt/Sword/etc. related thirdparty bugs there and 
keep them until they can be closed.
