Summary: regexp problem
Initial Comment:
To reproduce, install kregexpeditor, and select regular
expression search in the search dialog. On my system,
the search dialog disappeared, thus making it unusable.
If no solution can be found, disable the external
kregexpeditor use for the release, though it would be
sad.
I can't test right now, but will try again.

I did not manage do bring the search dialog to the foreground again.
Could you check this, Joachim? Should be a small thing.

Yes, this is what I have too. Can we bring the search dialog in the
foreground again, after the regexp editor closes? That would be a nice
solution. Danke. =)

Here, using KDE 3.4.1, the editor open and puts the seach
dialog into the background. So the user has to switch to the
editor again, but it's still usable.
