Upon using the Mac version and opening the Bookshelf Manager, the
window appears as a drop-down box from the top left menubar of OS X.

It cannot be moved from there, as there is not a title bar to grab (or
the title bar is under the OS X bar).  For my part, I keep my OS X
dock on the left side of my screen.  This means it obscures access to
a significant portion of the Bookshelf Manager window (the whole left
150px or so of the dialog is under my dock).  This behavior is
different than in Linux or Windows where the dialog is centered over
the application window.  I don't know if this a Qt theme choice to
have it drop down from the menu bar or if it is just rendering where I
can't grab the dialog's title bar and reposition it.
