I still build against 4.4.1 on Mac, although 4.5.3 and 4.6.0-beta1 are
both available from MacPorts as well.  I'll probably continue to stick
with 4.4.1 until either we force moving to 4.5 or MacPorts
automatically drops 4.5 on me when I'm upgrading.
