Summary: BibleTime for Windows

Initial Comment:
When I had Ubuntu on my computer, this was the best software I found so far with the Bible.
But now I have Windows, and best I could find was Theophilos 3. The problem with it is that it is not updated any more, and I can't find any Bible translations for it.
So my idea would be to create this software for Windows platform as well. It is awesome, and I really want to be able to use it. I tried to compile it on this platform, but failed, so I'll let the experts do the job.
