Summary: Cross references: Mupltiple opening of Standard Bible
Initial Comment:
Have the commentary JFB open at Gen 1:1. As Standard Bible ESV is chosen.
Clicking at the cross reference Pr 8:22,23 opens ESV 3 times at PR 8:22
The same happens with the cross reference Pr 8:27.
Now for the commentary RWP, clicking in MAT 1:1 at the cross reference Mr 2:14 opens ESV twice at this reference.
For lexicons (e.g ISBE) ESV opens only once.

Message:
This behaves differently with commentaries, lexicons and genbooks. E.g.
Pilgrim genbook works correctly.
I hunted this down to BtHtmlJsObject::mouseClick which is called several
times but I'm afraid someone else has to continue. It may have something to
do with javascript. Is it possible that the same js code is applied several
times to one display window?
