Initial Comment:
In BT 2.0 used in Ubuntu 9.04:
If you have several programs open and want to switch between them (with Alt+Tab) the program icon of BT is an empty square (with a blue frame).
As a nice icon with a bible with a cross on it shows up when starting BT with the Run Application comment (Alt+F2),

-> Use this same icon.
