Hi BibleTime developers.

I'm away for the weekend (some stress right now), so it would be great if 
somebody could investigate Karl's problems upgrading from 1.6 to 2.0. He sent 
the problematic config files that have caused the crash. Can somebody try to 
reproduce (and possibly fix) the problem please? It should be enough to move 
~/.bibletime away and put his files in place in ~/.kde where they belong for a 
1.6 installation. Then starting BibleTime 2.0 should trigger the update 
procedure and maybe also the crash.

And please also answer the items he sent in addition below.

Some more questions/problems.

- I don't know where the bug tracker is -- nothing obvious off
bibletime.sourceforge.net.  Can you tell me where yours is?

- Localization isn't happening right.  Normally, I'm set for LC_ALL=C
and no LANG.  In that environment, I am finding that all book names are
translated to German.  When I then deliberately set LC_ALL=en_US
LANG=en, I still get German book names.

- Is there no way to turn off footnote markers?  There isn't a selection
for this in Settings -> Configure -> Desk -> Text Filters.

- When I toggle Show Scripture Cross-references, it seems not to take
effect: I have to quit/restart before DM's NASB will show according to
the newly-selected state.
