That's three different releases, and each with a different desktop
environment :) You might be more productive if you standardized on one?

This is probably a valid request.
Using LTS on servers can make a lot of sense in critical production
environments. I'm not so sure of the value of continuing to use it on
desktops... are you paying Canonical for that "long term support"? If
not, what is the benefit to you of staying on Hardy?
I can take a look at doing this, but several packages (various libraries
etc.) changed names between Hardy and now, and so backporting packages
to Hardy can often require some "detective work" to map the older
package names to the current ones, and then edit the Depends: stuff in
the packaging configuration appropriately.
I have a test Hardy server VM here, but currently no Hardy desktop VM at
all, nor even a chrooted pbuilder for Hardy; once we get SWORD 1.6.0
and BT into Debian, I'll try to remember to create those and get back to
this.
