I've found in their documentation that this is a Vista 64-bit issue.
It works if I run the 32-bit version of Explorer, but until they have
a 64-bit version for Windows out, I suggest we stay away from
Mercurial.  Bazaar, though, has no problems with 64-bit Windows.  I
don't know if its work flow is the same, better or worse than
Mercurial's, but it seems more robust from my standpoint!
