The file that I use for the license agreement page of the Windows
installer is the regular COPYING or whatever file in the BibleTime
source tree. I've noticed that it specifically states at the top that
this is "for KDE."  Might we want to change that little
advertising/self-promotion blurb now that we're reaching for multiple
platforms?  Or even take it out altogether, since that's supposed to
be the copyright for the project and not the README?
